RH is safe!!!!!!!!

rhIt turns out that RH isnt hurt after his crash, but it seems that he has returned in a rowboat. He has returned with the life jacket item that is for non-members too. For those who dont know, if you meet RH and try to buddy him, you receive a free RH background which is also free.
